Labor-Management

Our neutral perspective has helped CALMC build rapport and success with labor-management groups.  While we are neither labor nor management, our experience enables us to understand the opinions and concerns both sides have and support them as they face issues impacting them.

When labor and management share common interests, such as building strong organizations and being the best alternative to provide their products or services, it can enable them to work together. This gives an opportunity for worker voice to be heard on many different workplace issues.  This not only strengthens the workplace, but it helps everybody, including the community that is home to the workplace resides.

CALMC offers several different ways to provide service to labor and management. We have some suggestions below that may help your labor-management relationship and also allow you to become involved with CALMC.
