Facilitation for Teams

Facilitation helps meetings be more efficient and productive.  The tools and techniques facilitators provide focus more on process so participants can be more involved in concentrating on the discussion and offering ideas. 

CALMC provides third-party, neutral facilitation for groups.  As a not-for-profit organization, we provide this service at a low cost.  In addition, we provide new skills for participants to use in future meetings  or with other groups.

If you have a new group starting or a group needing assistance,  consider using facilitation to give them support so they can be stronger and more productive.
