Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee (CALMC) is a neutral community–based resource that works to build effective employee engagement processes in the workplace which promote economic growth, encourage job preservation and confront workplace demands.
As a not-for-profit, CALMC focuses on providing quality services at affordable rates which are ideal for the smallest start-up or any organization.
